Here are some pertinent facts you should know before enrolling your child in the Schrader Lane Child Care Center.

Students must have an application and updated immunization record on file in order to be enrolled. 
 
Children must have a health form on file.
 

Each Child will need the following items:
 
A mat cover (purchased at Center): $30.00
Mat maintenance Fee $10.00 (new students)
                                    $ 5.00 (returning students)
A complete change of clothing (seasonal)
 
SCHOOL UNIFORM (FALL & SUMMER SESSION)
BOYS - Shirt with collar in white, yellow, or light blue:
pants or shorts in navy blue or khaki
 
GIRLS - Blouse or shirt with collar in white, yellow or light blue; skirt,
skort, jumber or pants in navy or khaki
 
Center hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Children are to be picked up at the agreed time.  There is a late fee of $5.00 assessed every 10 minutes beginning at 5:00.  It is best to notify the Center if the pare will be late so that the child does not feel abandoned.

FEES
 
All Childcare fees are due before the date of enrollment.  Parents are required to pay the regular amount regardless of reason for absence.

All Parents are required to pay the regulary amount regardless of the reason for absence (exceptions-wone week closing in August and two weeks closing in December)
 
PLEASE NOTE: THE SCHRADER LANE CHILDCARE CENTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHOLD STUDENT GRADES, REPORT CARDS, EVALUATIONS, HEALTH RECORDS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS LEFT AT THE CENTER UNTIL THE PAYMENT OF ALL FEES.
 
**WE DO NOT PROVIDE CHANGE FOR PAYMENT OF FEES.  PLEASE PAY BY CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CASH (EXACT CHANGE) WHEN MAKING PAYMENTS FOR FEES AND/OR FIELD TRIPS.  THANK YOU!

VACATION
All students enrolled (Full and Part-time) might have vacation weeks.  Therefore, an advance written notice of at least one-week is to be given to the front office.  Tuition must be paid to hold your child's slot.
